Background: Change the Status Quo is a 3-day social justice conference. My role on the marketing team was to manage the project timeline and oversee the creation and release of promotional materials over an 8-week period. I collaborated with the event planning committee to create a recognizable brand for the conference that would reach audiences on campus and off. With their input, I helped to create content and design print collateral, which included: digital displays, coffee sleeve stickers, corporate sponsorship packets, table toppers, event mobile app, flyers, banners, tote bags, business cards, and name tags. I was also in charge of handling communications among the marketing team, event committee, and print company.
